The Turner Foundation looks for projects that parallel the sustainable management practices that the Turner family utilizes on its own network of nearly 2 million acres. Projects and organizations active in the landscapes and states where Turner properties are located are eligible for funding.
To fulfill its mission, the board of the Turner Foundation has approved the following priorities:
Conserve Land to Protect and Restore Wildlife and Biodiversity
Support Wildlife-Friendly Renewable Energy
Protect and Restore Freshwater Resources for People and Nature
Increasing Inclusivity and Accessibility to the Conservation Movement
